1.Intelligent bending system: Bending mechanism is controlled by servo system and the different desired curves can be achieved by just inputting different radii of the different bent glass. 
2. High quality of bent glass: Due to adoption of the servo control in bending system, the bent tempered glass has good fidelity. Furthermore, there is bolts for slightly adjusting T-shape seriated plate for perfect bent glass. 
3. Elaborate chillers: The chillers consist of many nozzle blocks made of profiled aluminum bar and have computer optimized nozzles arrangement, which not only ensures even blowing, but also minimizes air marks. 
4. Temperature compensation in tempering section: In order to achieve the highest quality bent glass, temperature compensation device is equipped in bending tempering section in case that the temperature of front edge of the glass sheet drops too much. 
5. The quenching pressure compensation system: The change of ambient temperature from morning to night may lead to unstable glass quality during production; however, the quenching pressure in C-bending tempering section can be automatically adjusted when ambient temperature varies.
